SHEP: MOVIE AND TV NERD

Out of all the names that I have been called in my life I feel one of the most respectful and hidden compliment was ‘Super Nerd’. I have had multiple influences through out my life, if I was not born a nerd then I would have became one by grand design.

For years I considered myself as a ‘closet nerd’ as what my brother described it. I kept my Nerd passion secret. After awhile my friends were noticing and asked “Are you Nerdy?” and I said “Why, yes I am.” and after that I found a lot more friends that were into the same thing I was. I also found myself being the first or within the first ten in line at the Star Wars prequels, Lord of the Rings, Matrix films, and other blockbuster nerd attractions. I was on the front page of the local newspaper because of my constant appearance on opening day.

My Family and Friends like to challenge me often, specifically a type of game.  They will go to a random channel and after the commercial I am suppose to guess whats on TV without seeing any titles. I average about 2 minutes to guess the right answer (There is a lot of TV and Movies out there).  To sum it up, it’s our version of “Scene It” which we created before the actual game was made.

Now that I am older and a little more educated you will find my wife and I at home with a bowl of popcorn watching TV or at the Theater…still. I am a HUGE fan of all Sci-Fi TV series from the 70′s to Present. I will do my best on making my reviews funny and entertaining with my Nerd Thoughts and Views.  I hate spoilers, when I do add a spoiler it will be practically nothing if anything.   Wooot! For the Nerds!
